Another brief update to let you know that the digital copies of Daybreak! #4 have been sent out. Please check your emails for a code to download.
Digital rewards for the previous issues of Daybreak! will be sent out to applicable backers by the end of the week and the other digital rewards, including the motion comic of #1, will be sent out separately in the near future.
The printer proof was approved this afternoon and #4 is officially gone to print. Orders were locked and cards were charged yesterday. If you haven't filled out your survey yet, that doesn't mean you won't get a copy. Everyone has been accounted for in the print run and your copy will be mailed out after all your bells and whistles are belled and whistled.

Final survey reminder!

One final reminder to get those surveys in! We're going to lock our print numbers down on Wednesday of next week so books will be printed by the time I touch down in Tennessee to sign them on the 24th.
85% of you have completed their survey to date. If the other 15% of you would be so kind, it only takes about 60 seconds to fill out and return the survey. Let's make sure everyone gets their books, digital or otherwise.
If any of you guys are in the Allentown area, I'll be appearing at the Lehigh Valley Comic Con in Allentown Saturday from 10-7. Pop on in and let's talk some comics; I'll tell you what Tom Nguyen is REALLY like!

Reminder about surveys

Good Monday, Daybreakers!
We wanted to send you a brief reminder to fill out and return your surveys. So far, 80% of you have done so but to the other 20%, we can only ask: WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! You don't want a delay in getting your copy of Daybreak! #4, do you?!
I was lucky to lend an additional proofread to the final issue and trust me when I say you want to be the first to read it, not the last!
Enjoy the eclipse this afternoon. Remember, don't look directly at the sun! It might look directly back at you (could that be a hint or a spoiler?).

A quick update for you all this morning.
Daybreak! #4 is FINISHED! We put the final touches on Daybreak's swan song last week. Early word from our proofreader and a couple of readers in the inner circle indicates that we've put together a satisfying conclusion, phew! We're excited to get the book into your hands.
To that end, the first batch of surveys, the so-called "SMOKE TEST" were sent out this morning to 5% of you. As long as no unexpected technical issues crop up with the surveys, the rest will be released into the wild tomorrow morning.
As previously mentioned, we're asking that surveys are returned by April 14th, thanks in advance. We need to finalize our print numbers and get the files to our printer the week before my daytrip to Tennessee to sign everyone's copy of Daybreak! #4. So...crackerjack timing and all that.
The various digital rewards will be released around the 16th of this month. You'll all receive a download through Backerkit but don't worry, we'll remind you so you don't miss out.
And finally, I was lucky to see the almost-complete motion comic adaptation of Daybreak! #1 last week. Our buttered, biscuity friends at Bewildered Biscuit Productions have hit a homerun with this thing. I love it, I think you're going to love it too, and we'll send it out once Team Biscuit feels it's finished to their satisfaction. They've got pretty high standards.
So to recap: a lot of fun stuff coming down the pike this month, guys. Thanks for all your help and support as we reach the home stretch with this project.
